Hippy hope your feeling better today. Sinus infections can sure drain you. Btw you forgot to send me a picture:)
My aunt is still in a lot of pain. She was assigned a Dr. At the Jackson hospital...he came in , sat down with the family and asked them what their concerns were, said he would take care of them and never came back!!! The family finally got mad about 8:00 last night and requested a whole new set of Dr.'s they are suppose to be in this morning. We'll see. They are reporting it to the head of the hospital...for what good it will do.
I have to sit at home all day waiting on fed ex truck to come. They are delivering dh's chemo meds. I want to go to goodwill and out to eat with mom and SIL:( that's the way it goes for me.

my apt went pretty well yesterday. i'd lost 6lbs, but my BP was still a bit high. it always is by the time i get there. staying with that med til next time. i'll keep a log bc i have a cuff i use daily. won't know about labs for a couple of days. only bought cat food as i was exhausted and wanted to get home. my bus pass is good til noon so i may go back out today, but i also expect a couple of deliveries. not sure if i can face laundry - maybe one load.
thinking of cindi today, too.

Seren , ive got blood pressure too, i take beta blockers now, i was on Amlodopine for years, but then i started to have a load of panic attacks and palpitations, they stuck me on beta blockers when i was in A & E an ive been on them since.
When you do your log, dont forget to do morning and evening as it varies, but then you probably know that.
Ive been to work, busy busy busy!

my meds got delivered very late today so i ended up spending the whole day at home puttering and had a nice visit with my neighbor talking about all sorts of things and sharing decorating ideas.
