Morning Hens,
I have been looking up places that do fibromyalgia research....nothing here in my state. Getting desperate. I did talk to my dr. About my stress level and he agreed that it is probably increasing my pain tenfold. He suggested I take my anxiety meds on a daily basis. But I sure hate to....guess I will try it though.
No plans today, unless I feel like going to my moms to craft.

i woke up early to a cold, windy morning. i got a few things done, but my shoulder and back gave me payback for yesterday. laundry and vacuuming and a bit more were too much. this has just been a low key day.
