Insomnia so I came to work at 3 am. Why? I don't know. I just couldn't sleep for hours and said I might as well go. I'm sure my Graves dis has come back and this is one of the symptoms. Going to meet HR and the interim Manager at 10am about my frustrations here. I lost it on Friday and stormed out, and I have never lost it before.
I'm looking for a new job everyday, but only a few calls wanting the world but paying crap.
My head is killing me an by noon I should be exhausted enough to sleep. Hope you all are having a better day.

I'm not able to check in very often while I'm going through this forced detox. I have my wonderful Naturopath helping me and I had enough on hand to taper...rather quickly...still in process. I have to get myself to my therapist in a while so we can talk things over and hopefully get my medical records cleared of the bullshit that was just added. He knows me...my doctor doesn't, but since she's has MD by her name, she thinks she's god.
Please don't worry if I can't crawl off my bed to answer a chat, but I'm doing the best I can. Thanks for all the wonderful support.

i'm hoping i'm almost over this crud that has affected every part of my system. sweltering heat here, too - upper 80's all week. at least pain has been milder while all this has gone on. this seems small compared to what others are going through.

Angela, I am so sorry that you are going through so much crap right now. I hope that things begin to turn around for you soon!!

I myself had a very rough day yesterday and doing a bit better today. Sleeping as little as 2 hrs a night is taking any of the energy that I have away.
Today is it finally going to be a warm day which should help my mood. Maybe work a bit around my flowers.

Cindi glad your doing better today. 2 hrs of sleep is not good....maybe since its a pretty day you can get lots of fresh air and it will help you sleep tonight.
Dh is home but leaving out at noon so I am washing clothes today.
