I think this is the first time I catch you all in bed ...lol....I had a very good time this weakend with one of my daughters ...I stayed over nigh....we went to a swet ...and a sere-money...it was amasing ....but they don't tell you what to do you are expected to watch the elders and do what they do .....I realy liked spending time with my daughter .............finaly I am feeling better today after all the driving ......how is everyone doing ....how was your weakend .....I hope ..you all have a great weak with little pain ..emotionaly and phicaly ....take care ..go bless
we have a cold and windy storm upon us and it's really wreaking havoc with my body. i made a pizza and watched the game yesterday. sinuses and pain have been bad the past two days, so i haven't been getting much done. i get up and do a few things and forgot what i was was going to do in the first place...that's what happens when i take allergy pills :)

Today dh and I had to go to Jackson for his cat scan. Then we went to SAMs, hobby Lobby and Tuesday Morning. We were going to stop and see the grand baby on way home but she wasn't home. That's ok, I get her all day tomorrow:)

You caught us. So good to hear you had some pain free time. A weekend away with daughter and something new. I love that the two of you do these outings together. Possibly sometime you can share what you learned did.
Serenity it is a hearty soup day with lots of blankets. We southern chicks aren't used to this cold. I will take it if it stays put. For me it is the getting there that hurts. I think we are going to go right back up to high temps here and low at nights. Midweek cold again and possible snow. I have a brother in law who lives in Nashville and his weather is often chillier than ours. You mountains likely protect to you.
I am working on a big pot of chicken soup. My friend is sick and I want to take some to her and I want some as well. Hubby will finish off the two slabs of baby backs leftover from yesterday. Last week I saw my spine doctor/surgeon. I was last appointment so I got a whole hour with him. I am starting back to PT Thursday.
He is also referring me to pain management. Up to this point my primary has prescribed my medicine. I hope this is the right way to go. My spine doctor thinks the one he is referring me to will do a better job. Keeping in mind my spine doctor is aware of all the injections I have been through that didn't work. We talked about surgery pros and cons. I have severe degenerative discs in all levels. Worst is C6-7, a laminectomy could help but no guarantee on pain relief. The other levels have nerve root impingement as well so still pain.

Angela did you get the males under your roof in line with their chores. Hope you had a good weekend with lots of dancing. May your Monday work speed on by.
