Morning Hens,
I've been up since 5:30, took a shower and did my hair....I'm ready to walk out the door. I'm a nervous wreck about going to this hearing by myself. Having an anxiety attack and for once there is no one up to talk to:( I shouldn't be such a big baby! I just dread it so bad!
It's pouring down rain here....my pain is way up....o what a day this is going to be. At least maybe I will be lucky and they will cancel today's soccer game. I had to be in the next town over at 4:00 for youngest sons game and then I was suppose to drop off older son at a school to do community service at 4:00. Can't be at two places at once!
Anyway, hope you hens are having a better day than I am.

the rain is headed our way, too. i have to wait for a package although i need to get out and do shopping.
just slept on the heating pad. hoping to get dishes done, cook a bit and feel better.

Just a quiet rainy day of assorted household chores mixed in with conquering some math assignments and art projects with my second grader.

If you read my foolish 'no sleep' thread, you know that my first dose of steroids kept me up all night. My energy kept up through the morning even though I was hurting like hell. I got through my two clients, started some laundry and cleaned out the crisper drawers and under them in my fridge.
My pain level is down...go figure. Could the steroids actually start working that fast? This will be the first time they've ever helped at all. Now that I'm sitting and typing, my eyes don't want to stay open. I think I better go with it and have a rest.

Wish everyone some relief from pain and a more peaceful day. Think warm beach with sand between your toes. Listen for the waves hitting the beach. That is what I am going to do.
The first trip to the beach I listened to a new song. "Don't Worry Be Happy" . I am sure some of you may remember it.

When I got out of bed I just about fell on my butt. My achilles heel was going nuts. I couldn't put my right foot down on the ground for 5 mins. I was scared it was going to rupture on me. It's ok right now but my left hip is killing me. I have to take dad for more skin cancer surgery in a few minutes. It's pouring down rain and 56 degrees right now. Temp is dropping into 30's and snow is expected tonight. This crazy weather is killing me.

Did not sleep so a quite day, but have to get in my exercise, shucks.
Cherry, my grandson had a steroid treatment for his cough and boy was he hyper! But they work for his breathing.
