Going to be a tough day. Meeting with my group to go over new direction. I'm angry with top Management so I can't let that show. The Botox hasn't worked well this time and my head is still pounding and now I"m getting muscle spasms. I'm tipped off that great worker is resigning today.

HOWEVER, I took 3 days off and tomorrow I'm having a new kitchen installed in my home. It's going to set me back but the old kitchen was just gross. I can forget all this crap tomorrow.

Keep my mind on the good stuff!!!!!

this crazy weather is bringing on headaches for me. awoke with a migraine...was even coming into my dreams.
tomorrow there's a chance of tornadoes here, so that means another barometric nightmare. my dad is being sent back to the nursing home today. friday is supposed to be sunny, but cooler so maybe i can get out there.

where are the other hens today?

I waited to check in until I felt like I would be too much of a downer. I tried, at least.

Angela...I hope today is too terrible and that the drummer would get out of your head. I agree that when it's over, focus everything on getting a beautiful new kitchen! What's the first thing you'll cook?

Saw my doc yesterday and convinced her to make the changes I had wanted the last time. I don't know yet if it's going to help. My day started pretty bad. Being snowed in didn't help!

My Parents are picking me up to go grocery shopping with them in a little while. I haven't used my food card yet and this is going to be it. Sniffle...hide...

I have had a quite slow day as didn't go anywhere because of freezing rain and neck really bothering me quite a bit.

i guess this is the afternoon thread...hippy, i agree. i'm not looking forward to tomorrow. i soaked in epsom salts and slathered down with icy hot, so i've gotten some decent relief.
i'll have bits'n'pieces for dinner - leftovers.
