I realized as I was filling my daily pill box...that last week I forgot to add my daily dosage of antidepressant to it. I checked the qty to the dates pharmacy dates and when I run out and sure enough, I have a week extra. I take so many prescription pills and non presciption suppliments everyday that I wouldn't notice if anything was missing.

No wonder I was having such a horrible time last week and feeling so weirded out and miserable. I was having major withdrawl.

I took one this morning and had a two hour nap and all that freaky room shifting expereince I was having has gone. I'm starting to feel like me again.

My god, I'm so worried about taking too much meds and here I forgot to take into account missing an important med.

Oigh!!!!! OIGH!!!!!!! Live and learn. I now have a note in my big pill box of the essentials to put in the daily pill box.

Phew, I'm not going nuts.

Holy crap! I'm glad you finally figured it out. It's scary how one change can upset the balance so quickly/

I keep a daily list and write down exactly what I take as I take it. The plan didn't come to me until I'd doubted myself several times. This seems to be working pretty well so I'm not going to mess with it.

I'm glad you're body responded quickly to getting back on track!

I do the same thing Cherry does. I write it down.

It's a wonder you weren't bouncing off the walls without your anti-depressant! I went without mine for almost 2 weeks once and watch out world!

I'm glad you figured this out and will get to feeling balanced out soon.

boy, glad you figured that out - now you know how much it helps anyway, but glad that's over! i, too, keep track in writing on my desk where i see it every time i look up. you get so used to the routine, it's to remember if that yesterday or today...or 4 hours ago...at least, i do!

Glad you solved the mystery. That will sure do it. I know my daily count for am meds. That is a separate weekly pill planner box. I have to count them or I will miss one. My pain med goes in a different dispensper for each day, meaning I fill it each day when I get up. That way I don't worry about taking my allotted 3 tabs. My evening pills go there as well.

Before I started doing this if I missed a lexapro I would feel like I was having a heart attack and have major anxiety. Very scary. Then go back and count pills and realize what happened.

Hope all levels out now.

LOL i've done this in the past, i was a rageing monster. I felt like a real goober when i figured out i did it to myself. At least its not something alot more seriouse like your condition getting worse or anything.
