2 bananas, cut into chuncks
1-1/2 c. unsweetened coconut milk
1-1/2 c. pineapple juice
2 Tbs. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp ground nutmeg
1/4 c. shredded sweetened coconut
8 (5 oz ) plastic or paper cuts or pop molds
8 pop sickle sticks

1. Combine bananas, coconut milk, pineapple juice, sugar, vanilla and nutmeg in blender or food processor; blend until smooth. Stir in shredded coconut.

2. Pour mixuture into cups. Cover top of ea. cup with sm. piece of foil. Freeze 2 hrs.

3. Insert sticks through center of foil. Freeze 6 hours or until firm.

4. To serve, remove foil and gently twist frozen pops out of plastic cups or peel away paper cups.
