hi dixie, i'm trying to decide which shopping center to go to - closer less choice, farther all day. choices.

i feel up to traveling, but don't want to trigger a flare by carrying too much.

Its raining here this afternoon!
But luckily i did 2 loads of washing and got them dry before the rain came.
I hoovered and cleaned : )
I went to the shops and bought 3 small fish to add to the fish pond!
I did intend going for a walk, but i was tired this afternoon from the cleaning!

Woke to dark heavy skies, a nice change. It is still hot and muggy, but the sprinkles help.

Off to the bank and the pet store, may stop at World Market for a look around.

My pain level is through the roof...won't try to give it a number. Somehow, I made it up 26 stairs to see my shrink. I have the woman who I see for tinctures coming in a few minutes then PT at 2:30.

I had an old client call me 3 times in less than hour this morning. She started at 7:30...I gave in. I'm doing a shampoo/set at 4:00. I know...don't say it.

All I did was o to my parent's fordinner last night because my Brother and Wife flew in from CA. I was upright too long and have been paying since 2:00 this morning. Now...I even feel like vomiting.

Oh man.....

So sorry you are feeling so bad Cherry.
The littlest thing can mean over doing it.
