Well...I was going to show my visitor around own, but it's raining like hell and it's supposed to include high winds, lightning and hail, this afternoon!

So...guess I'll just see how the day unfolds.

it's already so humid and hot, i can't open the balcony door for a bit. i will stay indoors today and finish some things...just the usual. heat index 100. my brain is starting today...forgot allergy pill last night.

Not sure yet, just know I slept well till the darn cat woke me at 5am.
I'm not a morning person till 7 am!
Have to get some salad makings as it is hot here and the lighter the meal the better. will find them at trader joes.
I may just stay in after that and clean some more.

Have to babysit at 1:00, for a bit.
Daughter is 4 weeks o go before the baby is due. Can't wait for new one and daughter to get her happy mood Back!

I have to spend the next couple hours moving the hose to water the grass we planted.

i know it's noon, but i'm officially starting my day over and i just need to be accountable...
woke up in a really bad state - don't know which one - allergy, pain, aggravation were the cities i went through to get back...
spray penny, cook chicken breasts, fill vitamin bags, meditate...

I have to have an MRI of my neck today. Doc is trying to locate sites of impingment for the ulnar nerve that has been causing the crazy arm pain.

I am really late and have accomplished nothing.

Must eat something I guess. Need to work on a cold salad also. It is very hot and humid here as well. I did get the chilled beet soup done yesterday and it is nicely chilled. I am sure that might not sound appealing to all.
It is full of vitamins. Quite colorful as well.
