today, a nurse from the insurance company will be coming to so an assessment which makes me pretty anxious, but maybe i'll get a shower chair at least...
then finishing off a meal i started yesterday. veggies are roasted and waiting for the rest...so glad that could be done in the oven.
90's all week for so many of us - so be careful! wishing all a great day!!
Lots of laundry and putting way stuff
So not too exciting, but at the ranch there were beautiful thunder storms. A few roads were washed out on the way home. All and all a nice time
Hugs and clucks.
I'm going to plan my road trip vacation in September. I think that is what I will do for my 2 weeks off. Drive across Canada and visit dear friends and family. I like travelling alone because the agenda is my own and I can pull over and rest when I want to.
Hoping you all have a hastle and pain free (as much as that can be) day.
I'm dining at Serenity's place.
Angela
I have some mending to do and it is something i have put off and must be done. Anyone else in the house mend? Mostly small things........like a strap on granddaughter's favorite sundress and taking in the waist on a couple pair of shorts for the 4 year old grandson. A few other things.
Dix hope it is red paint for the hen house.
Serenity you should pass the eval for some assistance. Fingers and toes crossed. Positive thoughts your way.
Janie sounds like a bumpy ride part of the way. We sure could use a picture of your big ole lake on the photo section of The Hen House.
Angela I want to go on vacation with you. If you write about your vacation we will all be able to tag along.
Just wondering if you have tried the wax with oil painting. The little ones in rain coats sound a good picture.
The yellow would be a bright.
Clucks to all the hens
hippy
PS Don't forget the contest..........
Yesterday, a surprise rain storm soaked hubby to the skin during work out on the outdoor track.
He came home, dutifully hung those dripping wet cloths to dry...........
they were dripping right onto the baskets of cloths that i was NOT planning on washing till Thursday. With the humidity, they would be mildew by then
So today I washed
and washed
and washed
and then washed some more
At least I know my drying sensor is dead!!! It thought the first load was dry in 5 minutes and stopped.
I have a manual cycle which is how the old fashion dryers always worked.
Computer just don't make things better everywhere they go!!! LOL
