Good morning...throat stretched? That does sound awful!

I actually slept until 4:15. I must be making up for a week or more of barely sleeping at all. The problem with this is...I hurt so much when I've been in one position so long. My immediate goal is to get this under control so I can work. After my weekly shampoo/set client, I have to give a perm. owowowow

I have someone doing some much needed work on my house. He's been painting an area that hadn't been finished and will continue down the list when that's done.

Up and nd that is it. Headache woke me up. I am up with the chickens.

I have been up off and on since about 230. My only big plan today it to go see the neuro guy about getting the botox for my migraines. I need to get them back under control and believe it or not the botox actually helps!! Then I am going to attempt to clean my room and book some of my "new" antique books away. I just hope I can find room for them on my book shelf. Then I might attempt to do laundry. We'll see how I feel.

Botox rocks!! I just got mine last week and it takes the pain down to a roar. Still woke with a bad one today just the same. Must be something in the air today hippy. Dreamt I was in a restaurant with new female friends I had never met and there was an earthquake but we were strapped in our chairs. WTF?!

Same busy work schedule as yesterday. Icepack on my neck while I work today. Maybe a percocet by noon.

Just remembered, have to stop and get car checked out after work. It's been sputtering.

We were suppose to go to the lake but our plans got derailed due to some leaky pipes that my husband needs to work on, so we are planning on going tomorrow. My kids and I will work on making Father's Day cards a little later today, but that's about it.

penny got into a plant while i was going yesterday, so i have to clean that. she's a pill when i stay away.
i've already corrected and sent photos to my mother to list her house, so that was a big accomplishment. my burned finger is hurting, my whole back is hurting.
as much as i listen to people talk about working through the pain, i just can't do it.
my agenda is rest.

Doctor appt. Then making dinner, with the help of my husband. That's about it.

Well I managed to get out of the house by 7:45 to get a blood test and it didn't kill me, though very nearly (cause I decided to do some groceries on the way back). But I'm taking the rest of the day easy. May go over to my neighbours' to get some eggs if all goes well.
So far, the day is good!

Too much pain to move today. Did not get moving until after 1 PM. No sleep, just pain. Now I need to catch up again. My week seems to be just catching up. I'd rather be at the beach or by a cool river anything but this!

At least I am moving.
