Clean house.
Go to post office
Wash clothes
Put fresh straw in the chicken coop
Just an odd and end list. And then I will make more swiffer dusters to sell at the craft show I'm doing in Oct. So far I only have 8 made. They take a little time to make. but I have a month.

The craft show is in Sept. not Oct.

Two more weeks till school starts!!!!!!!!!!!! It can't get here quick enough!!!!

Off to the gym, not much aching this morning.
Store for fresh fruit and vegies, then home and see how things are going.

As little as possible...and that drives me nuts! My body is dictating this plan, though.

I vomited last night with no warning. It happened again this morning. I wonder if my body is trying to tell me something and I need to listen...like all these meds are too much!

Had to cancel seeing my shrink, but I'm going to make it to PT in an hour....I am...

I don't think there's any rule about getting anything in particular done by a certain time of the day. Ay least I don't have that rule unless it concerns clients. Cut yourself some slack, hippy!
