Good morning,
I'm looking out at a dusting of snow and frozen mudtracks in my driveway. It's back in the 20s, too. Sigh.....
My tenant just slammed his door so hard that it shook my whole house...I can't get anywhere with him. He swears he doesn't slam!
My Brother just flew in from CA late yesterday and will be staying at our Parents for ten days. It will be nice to see him and I plan to solicit a little legal help from him while he's here. He's a corporate and real estate attorney and was a CPA before law school. Even though I don't really need any particular legal assistance, he's always so good about helping me get organized and paperwork straightened out.
I'm going to ask him to write an amendment to the apartment lease which runs out at the end of this month. After that, it will be rented on a month to month basis and a few things are going to change or my tenant can find another place to park his sorry ass. See...that's why it's better if I let my Brother do the writing for official documents. The first thing on the list will be that parking is not included.
Nerve/tendon pain is getting a little worse all the time and it's so distracting that I'm behind on many things. Gathering my tax stuff and adding things up for my accountant is looming over me and I have got to force myself to do it. The pain is so bad when I sit and I can only stand for so long before my legs feel shaky so there's my excuse.

I woke up to the feeling of an iron being dropped on my head. All drugged up but a good day to confront my assistant about his latest Vendor derailment. Nice and numb and won't take anything personal. Just have to check myself that I don't say anything incriminating.
My Dutch guest finally left after two weeks and I painted for a few hours. Oh, it was blissful to get lost in the colours and process again.
I woke up giggling last night. Ever done that? I had a dream where the prison guards and prisoners decided to take turns and share the lunch room. One day the prisoners stood outside of the lunch room and wouldn't go in, so the prison guards got mad and started to throw them in, but they wouldn't go in and dropped at the door. Then one prisoner, lay on the ground and said, "please sir, unlock the door". I woke up laughing for a few minutes.

i overslept this morning and missed my dr appt. i was pretty anxious and didn't sleep well, then turned off the alarm instead of snooze. i called at got one for next week in the afternoon. took a walk and may get downtown for errands...

I'm sorry its all kicking off in your other group, i hate it when that happens, especially when something is a life line and a support to a person, and then you get that, and you feel so alone and isolated like you have nowhere to go.
Heather your welcome here, why not come here and vent your pain instead, you have friends here too, dont forget that.

Angela I hope your head is better. I have very vivid dreams and often don't want to leave them. I have never woke up laughing though. I think that is a good thing. A sign all is well.

and it is great he is a legal beagle . Month by month sounds good. Who knows you could get a southern
Renter for a month that wants to get away from the sweltering heat and humidity. Otherwise you have the chance to see if the fit is right and then could always extend the lease for more months at a time.
I should think you can get more for a month to month. It usually goes that way.
Heather I agree with Empathy come here and post. Sorry you are being triggered and hurt. Some just don't get it. The hens all do so come and hangout.
Empathy we have college basketball playoffs here. Next will be baseball. All the teams are at spring training right now. I couldn't remember if you watched Downton or not. I just started this past year. Had a season to catch up but I enjoyed it.
Dixie I love your Simba and Nayla. It is hard to believe it is going on a year. Wishing you more energy for tomorrow.
