My day was long with one break in the middle for PT. She's going to write a very inclusive report for me to take to my Rheumy appt. on the 28th. My doctor doesn't even examine me when new things crop up so my PT is the only one who really knows what my body is doing...and it sure hasn't been good!

Maybe I spent too much time alone today. I let depression really get a deathgrip on me. Having my legs going wonky on me isn't helping.

Then as I was putting a container of flour on a shelf, I must has lost my balance and I smashed my forehead on the door casing and wrenched my neck. It really hurts tonight so I'm headed for a soft place to land. I really need to sleep...really.

Dixie your dinner sounds wonderful. I just saw a recipe in the paper for Tilapia. Should
be close to 40 minutes now for bedtime. I am ready. Got up at 4:30 this morning.

Cherry I sure hope you don't have a concussion. I hit my head on a file cabinet drawer one time and it knocked my neck out of whack and I got a busting headache from it. Becareful sweety. You've been through hell lately. I'm really worried about you. I wish I could come up and visit with you. I'd go to the Dr. with you and I'd make him get off his ass and find out what the hell is happening to you my bff.

I'm worn out myself today. I just got back from my granddaughters play. She was so cute. She has pink eye again bless her heart. She lost 1 of her front teeth the other day she looks so adorable. My elbow is throbbing so I have to stop typing now. Sending prayers out to all you hens.
