I've been up since 5:20. The guy that took dh's truck out called. He didn't realize he had to have an escort at certain places with an over size load.
O, the guy that we hired to take the truck out never showed up and never bothered to call!
We didn't get the house sold for a profit. We had to let it go with reimbursement for appliances we put on it. We lost a lot of money on that house. We were buying it with a balloon payment in 2 years...well it didn't happen and the guy decided not to extend it. ( we think he had another cash buyer) o well...water under a bridge.
Seems everything that can go wrong IS

I am not going to get into details but had a terrible night helping out a good friend and did not get home till very late driving about 25 mph because of very dense fog and rain!!!
Took a toll on my neck so didn't really sleep at all. It has calmed down with heat and pillows in my recliner but need to get a nap in today!!
Not much else from me today… too tired to even think straight!

cindi, that was so nice of you. sorry that it took such a toll on you.
i'm pretty drained, too. there were highlights yesterday, but throughout the day was a heavy stress with family issues going on that lasted til 10pm. i get pulled in yet my hands are tied. tomorrow i'm going food shopping with my mother and my cousin who's living with her and i'm not crazy about and she's bringing me home, so that means getting apt visitor-ready and a dreaded visit b/c i like to just rest after those trips...i'll pace today and see what i get done.

I got up at 5:00 and I'm procrastinating... still. I have to drive to the ESD office to drop off a couple things they need to finish my review for continued health insurance and fuel assistance. On my way back I'll stop at the hospital to see my friend's 93 year old Mom who had a hip replacement yesterday. I can't believe her doc agreed to it at her age! She's almost completely blind and lives alone...tough old bird!
Instead of getting my ass in gear, I'm lying on a heating pad and not amounting to a thing. Just a little longer.....
