Hey chickadees! How are things in you hen yard? I want to hear all about your pecking and scratching or even lack of.......or maybe some hen gossip.....I don't care.....rant and rave if you want to.....does us hens good to air our feathers occasionally.
I'm aggravated at my dh at the moment he needs to have a colonoscopy done and I can't get him home long enough to get it done. We have been trying to find a driver for the truck and so far haven't found anyone who wants to work. Most just want to pull a van trailer , the flat beds are a lot more work. So guess we will keep looking.
Today is my day I go to the library to pick up some used magazines for .25 ea. I use them to do collage art.
Then I'll go to get microwaved for a few minutes then I have to go pick up some milk for the calves.
My house is such a mess because I have been in so much pain lately I haven't been keeping it up so I'm hoping to work on that today.
So what's scratching in your hen house?

Trying to figure out "get microwaved"?? Sorry no excitement here Dixe!
Off to the ranch for a few days. Feeling drained for the last week, so I hope time away will help.

Today will be hot for the Seattle area, I will be watching my granddaughter today. My husband volunteers today, so that means four hours to myself, hmmm wonder what mischief I can get into, lol.

dashed hopes yesterday when i witnessed a man kick a little dog likka football. needless to say i started yellin, screamin & called animal control. the owners of this place didn't wanna give out name & adress til my husband called them.
animal control took the lil dog & told me i will have to testify. i said no problem i will. sheriff called me to verify & i became so fearful for myself & my little dogs, today the man & his girlfriend are vamoosed. i still worry about their friends. sorry to spill all this. i like peace & happiness. i hope all of you stay well & safe,
