i'm starting to get anxious about two appts - mammo and regular med apt and blood draw (never easy with my invisible veins). have a two hour gap between, so it'll be a long day. hope all goes well.

I woke feeling lost but my doggies made me get up. (or else they would mess the floor). Head hurts so maybe a little T3 will put the mood better. I called the Recruitement Betterment whatever that I am entitled to on my settlement for one month of courses so I can find out my faults and 'BE MY OPTIMAL BEST". Oh fu%# it and that whole rat race, but I can't drop out of life either. Tonight I see my psych so I can see what she can do to get me back into life. Today is a mope day.
