I went with my dh today on an hour & 20 min. Trip. Did lots of shopping. I really over did it and I'm paying for it too:) I did get a new shirt and a pair of earrings though:) then we stopped at a BBQ place and had a sand which and a coke. It was nice to get away and do a little something. I really get depressed staying home all the time and I'm not a shopper usually.
I baked a deer shoulder to BBQ last night so thank goodness supper is done !

What was the good in your day?

Sounds like a nice day.

Mine was a bit of everything. Work (i work at home), take puppy breaks and grandson who is now sleeping on my bed.

Haven't felt the best today and am due to ride along the golf course with a friend tomorrow. Funny how i stress about things like that, but like you Kim, I need to get out more it helps the moods.

Making meatloaf and potatoes as "kids" are coming over. Then read and bed, unless there is a baseball game hubby likes to watch. Being raised with brothers, I watch too.

dixie, sounds like a nice day, sorry you have to pay.

i got my dishes done which is a hard one for me, the litter box and bathroom floor pretty clean and a bit of the kitchen floor, then made it downtown to the PO to mail an ebay purchase and to the grocery for a couple of things. i'm hoping ice packs will calm down my back.

my friend called about coming by to watch the debates, but we're going to check in later to see if we're both up to it. my floor has tumble weeds of furballs, but vacuum isn't working, so that's just how it is.

My Tuesday was spent running errands, and like you all Kim and Janie I feel better getting out. I think it lifts my spirits to be out and about chatting with store clerks and such. I also stopped and picked up Chinese for tonight's dinner........now I can sit back and relax instead of cooking. My husband likes it when I bring home take out..so everybody's happy, lol !

Well that's my exciting day. I wish everyone here a pleasant quiet evening. :-)

My day was spent with doctors office. I had labs for testing electrolytes and sojourns syndrome. Then got flu shot. My husband was fortunate enough to be fitted in while we're there without an appointment, he has a sinus infection.

While in town we picked up GD Kylie's birthday present. I got my sunglasses adjusted and we went to the tea shop. Always fun. I can't believe some of the teas cost 25$ for two ounces. I always like to sample the teas.

That was my day.

I am looking forward to having some time tomorrow to do some things around the house.
