I made it to church today. First time in a very long time!
It was a good service and I enjoyed it. They are having a singing tonight. My son is trying to get me to go, guess I will for him.
The hens are getting a bath today. We finally got some much needed rain. I've been sitting outside on the porch watching everything get washed fresh and clean.... Love that smell!
Also did some cleaning on my room. I went to Walmart and got some heavy duty bags to put all my blankets under the bed. That really helped to get those put away.
I hope everyone is enjoying a lazy Sunday evening.

i've made it through the day...pushing through the pain to wash dishes, the full shower treatment, filled water bottles, watered surviving plants, cooked a soup mix and made a garlic english muffin, took veggies down to laundry room and ran into a very nice neighbor who also does crafts and might come visit...with a dozen breaks, but it's mostly done.
i'm ready to get back on an ice pack. hope you enjoy the singing if you go and that others will share their moments of good.

My stupid move of the day was wrestling a corner shelf thingy with a plant still on it. You know those ivy plants that grow all over the room? Well, it had taken hold of the piece of furniture and I had no choice but to move it all at once. My neck and shoulder were flaring before I decided to move furniture. Now....owowow.
Again...I'm an idiot! I'm going to remember my limitations tomorrow. Really...I am.

Tomorrow is my day to clean. I hope the barometer pressure will settle so I will feel like do the work. This week end I have just kept the clutter picked up and done some laundry.
