i got an estimate from housekeeper, but not sure i can afford it...just have to let that set for a bit.

had a really nice day with my sister, who i haven't seen in months. sushi for lunch, big lots which is a favorite to get everything, a huge thunderstorm here, she brought me fresh veggies n herbs and carried my bags up and i held penny while she squirted the medicine on so she wasn't so traumatized, so this was one of the best days i've had in soooo long! and it really shows that the spirit is stronger than the pain!!

I've had one of the worst pain days yet. I don't know how I managed to stay on my feet to do hair, but I did. My legs and feet wobble, quiver, lurch and hurt so bad. My throat has felt irritated and my head and ears a little funky.

I know stress and sleep deprivation are most likely contributors, but I've just felt like something is trying to kill me. Slowly sneaking into every part of my body. Crap...I shouldn't even be sharing this stuff.

Tried a recipe for a very simple breakfast treat. It was healthy, tasty, and easy enough for me to do. I will post the recipe as a separate topic.

Someone got me started on ancestry.com again. I'm still here.
That and grandson stopping bye, but all he asks is "where is Grandpa?"
now alone as DH is off golfing a twilight game. we'll eat at 8ish if i am awake.
