that's great, dixie, no fighting - wow!

did take my mother to lunch at a little cafe (left my cane - oops), and she got a free cupcake for her birthday.

took photos of her house so she can get it listed, just tweaked them and emailed them to her.

got some groceries i can get at my local store. stocked up on greek yogurt, good coffee, and a few other special things that make such a difference.

pain kicked in halfway through, but i bit the bullet and only cursed once, but that was appropriate. their house is full of antiques and i went to turn on a lamp and it shocked/charred my finger like crazy. so they know that needs to be re-wired. :) she told me she'd pay me, but never offered and i didn't ask.

i'm back on my heating pad and have nothing for tomorrow except work around here. i hope.

I got my floors cleaned and my bed sheets clean and on the bed. No shopping for chair.

The good in my day is my fellow hens and my husband. He grilled a steak for me.

The good things in my day was first a class picnic for my younger daughter...so much fun, then a BBQ at our neighbors house with some of our church friends. It was a beautiful day. Last day of school tomorrow!!!

Well I got the urgent business done. Got the pain under control enough to attend an emergency meeting. Tough day but made it through.

I got my work load done, except planning for production schedule, but there is always tomorrow. I didn't get to oil paint, but I phoned my brother instead and he lives far away. We had a fun time chatting for a while. Then my step daughter called to ask how to cook an oven roast and we spent time making small talk too. It was a very nice lovin end to a busy day. Icepacks are ready for bed time.

This is a nice way to end the day. Affirming the good stuff and reading the good stuff from you all.

I have been in and am still am in a lousy, lousy mood...i am getting off of this computer after I say the following....

It is ok to get into twits and I do not do this very often but I am not perfect.

But the things I am upset about this evening hurt a little less than they did this am....so you forgave>quite the opposite...I let it all hang out...I just learned today of two deaths from Oklahoma and one was a gal I worked with years ago but guess what you guys...she died last Wed and she was my age...I do not know what took her life but suspect it was some kind of coronary artery disease but she was the kindest, wweetest lady when I knew her thirty plus years ago and by her obituary page, she never changed....

I am over the anger part of the hurt but not the something must be bothering you, too, how about we talk silent treatment part of the hurt...I will leave it at that
and it is not just my husband that I am annoyed with....both of our families are messy and it does not help that I literally feel like ykw. This has been my worse grass season in eighteen years in Oregon....and you alll don;t want to hear any more,LOL

So as I watch a glorious sunset out my sliding glass door let me give glory to the God who made that sunset and hope and pray that we all get good rest tonight. If I don't, I will be certifiable tomorrow.

I managed to dye my hair roots, thats a big deal to me as bending over the sink woweee it hurts, but thats the good in my day, i did it my self lol
