I can't come close to that, Kim! That sounds like a nice time with your boys and you can bet it's something they'll always remember doing JUST with Mom. I did something similar with my 2 younger ones...many years ago. I was so pleased that teenage boys would want to do a getaway with their Mom.

Today...hmmm. Well, I survived quite a bit of work and didn't turn anyone's hair green. I made some money, but I'm hurting something awful.

The concrete slab was poured in front of my main entrance, today. That puts me one step closer to moving my operation into my house. It still makes me sad, but it's part of my survival plan and has to happen. Sooooo...that should be classified as a good thing.

i posted my day under agenda. baking dinner, way too tired to stand and saute, but that's put away. had massive brush session on poor penny, watered plants...

Sounds like everyone had a good day. I so like reading these at the end of the day.

Once my dog was found...well...the reunion was magical.

I took my teen son out to buy him a new skate board for an early birthday present and to congradulate him on bucking up and taking on extra assignments and passing his courses when he was struggling so hard.

Then I phoned my best friend and let her talk about her new diagnosis of breast cancer. My son and I bought bracelets that say "I love boobies" and we are not taking them off until she is better.

Life is nuts.

I love reading about the good times and accomplishments that you all have made while in pain. Right now I've got a sinus headache, glands are swollen, it hurts to swallow. Some how I managed to take my car through marta but I didn't get my new tag yet.

I cooked spaghetti for me and dad, took a shower, water plants and I painted the edge of a step on our sidewalk bright yellow. Dad can't see the step so I'm hoping this will keep him from tripping or falling.

So many accomplishments and so much happened. I love the the good in everyone's day.

I started and closed mine with my husband on our deck. Also our dogs. They have their last run of the evening and we visit and try to figure out the stars and planets. It was a clear night tonight. My pain was less today and I was able to concentrate on a word puzzle and almost finish it.

Not much, but for me this is a good day.

After meditating, I was able to put a lot of pieces of the puzzle ( I am ) together. I now understand why I feel so mentally crappy. It's from something outside myself. This is some of the good in my day.. I know I'm reaching, but hey.

It's nice to figure things out once in a while.
