Hope everyone is having a lovely peaceful sunday.
I'm not doing a thing. I might work on my mom's journal I am making for her for christmas. I'm feeling so tired today.
I went to the dr. Recently and she informed me I could get an ultra sound machine and a t ens unit reasonably priced on amazon. I need the ultra sound machine for my tailbone pain because my insurance will not give me enough sessions at rehab to cure my tailbone pain, so I intend to do it myself. The tens unit is for the fibro pain....I'm really skeptical about the tens unit but I told the dr. I would give it a try since it was only $30. And tues. I am getting a MRI on my lower back to see if we can figure out why it hurts so bad. Tailbone pain, back pain, fibro pain.....I am sick of being in pain and it is getting to where I can't do anything at all!! So wish me luck please. O and I'm seeing a rhuematologist on the 29th. My blood work at the dr. Office shows inflammation somewhere in my body but they can't tell where so they are hoping the rhuematologist can figure it out.
As soon as I can get all these apt.s behind me I want to make a trip to see a friend and another trip with dh to see my son in CA.

Dixie it sounds like you have busy week ahead of you. I have have a tens unit and it helps for my neck if I position it low around my shoulder. It has 6 settings and there is only 1 setting I can use. At least for my my neck. Hope your day is real relaxing and you can play with crafts all day.
I am going to finish a book that is due to expire with online library.
Not much more exciting.
