Morning hens,
My name is Kim, and I am a snoopy mom....yes I admit....not usually do I go in their rooms snooping but if it's left out in the open I do look. Not that I haven't been know to snoop if I suspect something but anyway.....I found a letter this morning. It was to a girl. It was so sweet. And so sad. It said at the very beginning that he would never give her the letter. Makes me sad to see his insecurity.
Do you guys snoop? Now I got to pretend I didn't see it and yet some how point out that he left it there cause it needs to be picked up off the floor.
I'll be so glad when my kids are raised. It's so hard. I worry so much. And I am so tired of disciplining. I know you never stop worrying but it is easier when they are on their on...at least your not having to stay on their case constantly about something. I'm a worn out parent!
They only have one week of school left before Christmas break. Jacob wants me to take a pair of white gloves and put a panda face on them for his girlfriend for a Christmas present. He has had this same girlfriend for 3 years now and he is only 14! I'm ready for it to end! He is the type that would go all through school with the same girl and marry her.
Going to craft today., after I clean the bathroom and fold a load of laundry and clean the kitchen and clean the floors..*sigh:)....what are you hens up to?

all yesterday's plans went out the window with the huge leak. now i have to move more stuff out of the way as the water keeps spreading. i need help as i can't do all this lifting alone much less create space i don't have. i want to make cherry's recipe for fudge today and some sugar scrubs, but i'm pretty distracted.
Kim...my youngest Son has always told me everything... Sometimes a little more than I'd like to know! I think the fact that your Son wrote that letter, even though he didn't plan to send it, is a good way to work through struggles. You will get through it and so will he!
Serenity... Is it time to look for a new apartment? It doesn't sound like you'll ever be able to count on good neighbors. You can make that fudge whenever you have a few minutes to spare! Here's a tip for getting the peanut butter to slide out of the measuring cup...spray it with no stick cooking spray first!
We got close to a foot of snow. My oldest Son finally plowed a little while ago. Of course I had to shovel the wall of snow he left right in front of my porch. I had already hurt myself clearing a small area for the dogs this morning. Then I made a double batch of cookies.....the whole day has been one big ouch.
Have a good evening...I'm not leaving my house!
