No football here...the dogs prefer crime dramas so I go along with their choice! My day isn't off to a very good start. I still feel sick and everything hurts. It's starting to really get me down.
OK...enough whining. I need to work on my attitude!

Cherry no need to work on attitude. Those respiratory things are a pain in butt. You are still working to see improvement in shoulder and neck. I know the drill. It ain't easy sister hen.
Janie I am thinking of you at the beach. Hope all that fluid coming off your knee has helped you and that you are having a joyful time. Looking forward to pics.

I am enjoying my coffee with my lap full of dogs. The weather has cooled and it was an open window night.
Love those nights. I started Topomax for the Occipital migraines and my hair is falling out again. Very depressing, I don't know if it is that or the facet injections I received. I have been depressed anyway but this adds to it.
I have no idea about my wrist. Last appointment doctor said I was out of woods. Still wearing removable hard cast. I see Ortho on the 21st of this month. The hard cast is eating my hand up literally. I have a blister on my thumb and my wrist bone is bruised. I remove the cast a few times a day and apply heat. At least it is removable and I am allowed to remove . I went last week for it to be modified and they just put some padding in around wrist bone.
See Cherry...I need an attitude adjustment also.

Hippy...I hate facet injections! And they don't help me at all! Sorry about your wrist!
As for me...going to attempt with help from hubby to make short ribs and potatoes for dinner. This should be interesting. Hubby and my father in law are putting in a new micro over the stove so I can't get in there yet....darn it! Guess I'll have to rest some more!! Lol!!
