i have ben having migrains and been feeling dowen so i was keeping to me self i am doing better today so i though i would stop in and see how everyone is doing i hope you all have a realy good day................................god bless

I dont know whether you know how, but i find the screen too bright, so i adjust my screen and turn the brightness down, it may help you to do the same.

Ive been known to wear sunglasses too when ive had a migraine, that helps, altho you might get silly comments from family about wearing sunglasses in doors!

thankyou empathy dont know why i didnt think of that and i can take the silly comments lol if i wear the sunglasses ........................when i have migrains and i am someware out and my eyes are sencitive i ware my sunglases i get some funney loks they must think i think i look kool or somthing little do they know i am in pain and just cant take it without the glasses lol..
