Good evening....

I couldn't seem to get my brain to allow me to make much sense or be very uplifting this morning. I tried to add to the morning thread, but it just wasn't happening for me.

I've been in a bad flare for a few days...add sleep deprivation and you've got mush brain. Pain was so bad this morning that I just watched the clock for my PT appt.. at 11:00. She worked on me for longer than usual and felt so bad that just touching me was so painful.

I feel like I've lost several days. I do what I feel I need to, but because it's torture and I can't do as much as I want to...well, I feel like a waste of space. Tomorrow is back to work, but just 3 haircuts. Gotta do it. It's busier as the week progresses so I need to move out of this flare!

Sorry for the ramble. That's what I was afraid it was going to turn into. I love you, my hens...
