dixie, i hope you had a nice visit with DH. sorry to hear that you're hurting so much. i hope you get some good rest. it's a nice, unusually mild day that seems to call for resting.

my pain is low and i got some good sleep, so bit by bit i'm continuing to return to more cleaning chores...not fun while doing, but it's great to see clean spaces.

All quiet here. I am in a August flare. Had one last year and thought it was a med switch. No med switch this year. Muscle pain everywhere from bottom of feet all the way up. Did manage to clean fridge. Left the bins out for hubby to do when he got home from granddaughter's soccer game. Never found what was causing the yuck odor. I simmered a vanilla bean and some cinnamon sticks and put some of that in a small bowl in fridge along with a fresh box of baking soda.

Janie I will look for your photo. Is it like day 20 of the add on? Hope you have fun at sons. Hard to believe it will be Labor Day soon. Our schools start Monday.

Serenity I agree on the good feeling with clean spaces. It can sure be a struggle getting there sometime.

I decided that the weather or time of year really don't make a hell of a lot of difference where chronic pain is concerned. I wish you ladies felt better.

Serenity...it sounds like you're having a productive day. I can't wait to be able to clean my space. Late day sun shows every speck of dust in my living room.

Janie...if you have a famous recipe, I think you should share it with us!

I got out of the house to go somewhere other than the doctor's or hospital for the first time in ages. It was only the market and Dollar General, but it seemed good. My shoulder is doing better and I start PT next Wednesday. I'm sticking right to my home exercises and can't wait to get to the next step. I think I just reached my typing limit.

these entries are so good to read even with the pain of body going on. we had to move our camper over this wkend & it was a big job. still a mess but i'll just hafta to do little at time. i don't have wifi here. only mobile data unless i get my husbands broadband outta his cooler , which i'm on now.
he's gonna take me to town today so i won't have all those things to lug alone tomorrow. i miss reading & being in here, but feel so much everything y'all say. love always be well & safe
