Morning Hens,
I got up early this morning to get ready to take Dixie to the vet. Last night she was stumbling and could barely walk, this morning she came trotting out of her cage. Maybe the medicine is starting to work? This is the third day so. Really she's only had two doses of it. She is still in pain but at least she ate so maybe she will drink on her own sometime today. I've decided to keep giving her the meds and give it til mon. Unless she gets worse today.
I just wanted to say thanks for all the caring support this group gives, it means a lot to me!

cherry so sorry that you're in worse pain. those areas carry so much stress.
i was having pretty bad pains there yesterday from carrying groceries but it's better today after a hot shower and icy hot and a lido patch...i just fell off my pillow last night so it's kinda achy again. i'm on the heating pad and hoping to get into the kitchen today.
that took hours to finish. my mother has thrown her back out, so we chatted about what else pain...
Very painful therapy yesterday, pain is very high today. Need ice, heat and rest. It will be short lived. Have grandson coming to visit today. He knows I am hurting and he keeps calling wanting someone to bring him to my house so he can take care of me. He is 6 years old and very sweet. They have to be in town today anyway so they are going to drop by.
