Another easy poor hen recipe is to take crescent rolls cut them in half, fill each one with apple pie filling from a can, bake, drizzle with sugar icing or caramel sauce.

You can do wonders with popcorn too.

warm vanilla wafers, then put on pb and honey, or biscuit dough that has layers is the best, pulled apart and baked with preserves or jam is like little pies...makes me think of the olden days...my granny could make anything from nothing! just make a name for it and it's real!

I made bundt cake bisquits treats. You put layered bisquits on their sides in a sprayed bundt cake pan. I sliced up an apple and put slices between them. Sprinkle it all with a mix of cinnamon and brown sugar and bake for 10-15 minutes or until bisquits are done. Make a drizzle with either powdered sugar or cream cheese. I used cream cheese. Very easy to make and so good. I shared with my granddaughter.

They have cool new marshmallows now. I bought some chocolate mint ones to use in hot chocolate! YUM
