We had an easy trip down....no problems. Checked into the hotel and then headed to the caves. We were just a little disappointed because the tour was just a little too short. We left there and went to Cracker Barrel for supper and then to the hotel.
I was so tired I had to lay down and wound up not getting back up. There was a go cart place right beside the hotel, so the kids went to that a couple of times and then spent the rest of the time playing in the hotel pool and weight room. Finally at 10:30 they came to the room (pool was shut down) and I was able to take my sleep meds so I could go to sleep. Just couldn't do it until the kids were in the room with me.
The next morning we decided to try to get another tour into another cave. When we talked to the people inside they talked llike the tour we were looking at was no big deal. But when we got outside with our tour guide it sounded much worse. So by the time I got to the entrance of the cave I started feeling panicky. I started wondering if my back and legs would hold up to 400 steps or if I would get too cold and start hurting too much because I forgot my coat. We got just inside the cave and I officially panicked and we had to go back. I felt so bad for the boys. I asked if they could go without me and they wouldn't let them.:(

So we went and had breakfast and headed home. I did buy a book to plan out another mini vacation for us some time. And I told them I would take them to see the movie Brave to make up for not going on the second cave tour.
They did refund our money when I couldn't make it through the cave which was really nice!

So no biggy, but we did have a good time (or at least the kids did and that was my goal):)

I'm pretty tired but at least I'm not hurting too bad:)
