i can't spend the day with my mother, but i'll be taking her out to a nice restaurant this week. as bumpy as our relationship has been, i admire and cherish her so much.

i got an nice morning snuggle from penny and hope to have a nice, quiet day.

I hope everyone had a great Mother's Day.....even if some don't have a human child...we are all Mom's of someone. Whether it is a precious pet or something special that you love and cherish.

So sorry I've been late in posting but my modem crashed on Saturday so I didn't have any internet until this evening. Dh and I were at Fry's this morning early before heading out to DD's for Mom's Day. Finally back on and trying to catch up.

Seren, I soo agree. I think it should be Mother's Day WEEK. lol My Dh and I were talking on the way home (from Daughter) about how the relationships with Mom's and Daughter's are so complicated. It doesn't seem to be the same with Father's and Son's. My girl's and I are great and I love my Mom but we do butt heads. Yet, I still love her company. As I said Complicated. :-}

Thoughts and prayer's Cherry. This must be a very hard time for you. Wishing your Son the very best. I know how hard it must be for you. Remember to tell him that we all appreciate his service to our Country. You must be very proud even though you will miss him very much.
