Morning, Mother Hen!

I've already been to PT...ouch! My body is a bit of a trainwreck, but I'm counting on my wonderful PT to pull me back off the tracks. The poblem is I'm almost out of allowed visits AND I still have to work no matter how bad I hurt. I could use some time to just take care of me!

It was 35 degrees here this morning. I've dodged the frost by 1 degree recently while my family a few streets up from me, have already been hit. Ahhh...city life!

I'm going to have a little rest since I only slept a couple hours last night. If I can pull myself together, my 95 year old Aunt wants a haircut now! I took care of the 93 year old yesterday so I don't want to make her older Sister wait too long!

Dix...when I turn the oven on to warm the house, I usually bake something!

Cherry, 1st of all....I'm too lazy this morning to bake something and it's too cold to move! ;)

2nd, if your dr. doesn't write the insurance requesting more PT then think about getting your PTist to show you some exercises you can do at home. Something is better than nothing.

Yes we've resorted to putting the heating on in the evenings too, its that expensive time again.
Its rained and been quite windy here, some poor woman died getting hit by a branch in London kew gardens.

My agenda was get to the docs and plead for pill change, mission accomplished! Ive felt a bit off but then my body is getting used to different pills again!

I also went to my aunts house to try and help with her sky tv.

I went for my walk, a walk always makes me feel better.

Do you have hot water bottles in America? Just curious! I love to cuddle a hot water bottle in the winter.

Afternoon, buddies.

Vacation over. Back at work and swamped with paperwork and duties. The guy I hired was counter offered by his current employer to stay where he was so I still have an empty chair and no help. Such is life.

I don't know about anyone else, but I use my chuhauhaus to keep me warm in bed.

Dixie, I bet your friend from MI will thing the weather there is "balmy". :-) Maybe you could try a heating pad or hot water bottle as Empathy mentioned.

Cherry, that is so sweet that you have Aunt's of that age needing haircuts and you go out of your way to do it, even with all of your pain.

Empathy, yes, we do have hot water bottle's here in America..........but I've not seen one in years. Probably they would be alot less expensive that having the heat on at night. I wonder how long they stay warm?

Glad you got a pill change if that is what you needed.

Enigma, I hope you had a wonderful vacation. Maybe paperwork and duties will slow down when you fill that empty chair.

I'm going to the office tomorrow and I dread it again as I do often. Things are so quite there and I feel like I am wasting my time. Anyone knowing anyone wanting to buy a house in Texas?? :-)

My stomach is growling every minute of everyday and it is impossible to eat food - there at the office especially- but also everywhere. ( I should say swallow food. )
