I had to get out early this morning and buy a coffee pot....mine went out:( So I made it even worse by buying doghnuts :( & I couldn't have just one, oh no, I had to have two! But I soooo love them :)

I'm having my mom and friend from MI over today for lunch. Fixing shrimp alfredo with broccoli & parmesean bread. Sounds yummy right? wish I could be fixing it for all my hens :) We would all have so much fun!

I've done some laundry and changed my bed, don't ya just love clean sheets, when i win the lottery I'm having someone change my sheets everyday!

I've drained out my pond with a bucket and removed the slabs around the edge, that was enough, got a bit light headed, so I've left it and will do a bit more tomorrow, i still have some fish that have not died amazingly, so i separated them in another container. Going to do a complete water change and i bought some stuff you put in the water that makes it safe for fish.

Hurry Empathy! Would love to have u for lunch!:)

i finally got my lease renewal done late yesterday and the bldg manager was really nice. i went out and saw a casual aquaintance and found out he's interested in me. i don't get it. i feel like a school girl, but i really don't want to be romantically involved.

i need to cook today and go to the store, but my back isn't ready at all.

Seren, more than likely, they add all sorts to tap water dont they to make it safe for us to drink. They got white spot and i dont really know what caused it, just guessing it was the water i added over the summer as they were fine before that.

empathy, sorry i didn't finish that thought...i know what you mean. something got into their water and was taking them out. it's horrible to watch, so i hope you can save some.

i use brita water filters even for penny's water. i hope that you can save some. you've done so much.

Only fish I have are in the tank inside. I have one that has a personality, believe it or not!
Poor guy has a bit of bladder problem so I feed him peas. I read that this works and it does, so every few days I cook a few frozen peas and he 's fine. HIs buddies like them too.
Mom's coming for a visit in two day so I'll get things ready. We have the big festival the town puts on this weekend, so I'll shop tomorrow and then stay home as the town is a mess to get out of.
I warned Mom as she is a very reserved person and our house is grand central station this weekend. Oh well, Ill have plenty of coffee, oranges and wine her favorite things!

Well...here I am, dragging in my sorry butt. It's not that I've been sleeping, either!

For some reason, PT really wrecked my neck and shoulder yesterday and by last night, I couldn't lift my right arm. As bad as this pain has been, my all consuming thought was about how I could work today. I managed to do a lady's shampoo/cut/style at home and then went to my 95 year old Aunt's to give her haircut. I have two more clients coming at 2:00.

I need you all to hold me up! Please...
