hope today has been good to each of you.
I washed laundry all day and worked on
My quilt. Took a two hour nap, made a trip to Walmart. We are having a late supper tonight because my son will not be home til 7:00 but I should still get done in time for football:)

Waiting for DH to come home, so i am cleaning up. Boy when i am alone i make a mess, NOT!
i think I'll have Dixe's dinner but with asparagus and Artichokes.
Shopped today and got son out of the way, but still need to mail some stuff to nieces.

Dix...that sounded like a really nice day. Nothing particularly eventful or earth shattering...I want what you have!!!
Janie...I got a chuckle out of your line...'Got son out of the way'! I knew what you meant, but it made me think of a few times when I could have said that with a different meaning. Ah well...I managed to raise 3 boys without ever reading their names in the police log or court news. I guess that's a measurement of success!
Muskrat...assuming you didn't mean to post your reply 10 times, I deleted the extras that DS posted without your consent! I'm not sure I've told you how much I appreciate the kind words you have for everyone. A treasure, for sure.
Me? Bad weather...worse nerve pain in legs...still shaking from a near disaster caused by my tenant yesterday. I'll elaborate on that in a separate thread. I haven't felt like eating today...gee, maybe that's why my pain meds are making me feel a little...sideways!
