My Dr. Apt. Went ok I guess. I have a couple of new pills to take... O lucky me...NOT!
Ones for anxiety and one for acid reflux. She is also concerned that I may have diabetes so I have to go in the morning for a blood test. I hope it's not so but it would explain some of my symptoms and some of this extreme fatigue I've been having.
Got Lasagna in the oven and garlic bread .... Home made yummy!

Hippy...heal! That didn't come out right, but I live with 3 dogs so sometimes I slip into their language.
Kim...if your blood sugar is off I hope this will be something you can get under control with dietary changes. And I hope you can get some energy back!
I'm really dragging today. I hurt all over. I dread PT tomorrow after what it's done to me the past few times. She been working on getting the bones from my neck through my thoracid spine to move a little. I think they want to stay the way they were!
I'll be crawling into bed shortly...pretending I'm going to watch tv...ha! I would just like to sleep past midnight.

hippy, i've been thinking about you and hoping you feel better soon.
i tackled most of the kitchen today, but this dampness is painful, so i gravitated to the heating pad. i talked to a friend in NYC for a long time. she's having a rough time. i'm about to take a hot shower now that the apt is warm and hopefully sleeping through the night.
