Morning all you lovely Hens,
It's a crisp 23 degrees here in TN. Thank goodness I don't have to get out until about 4:00 this afternoon when I pick son up from soccer tryouts. In fact, I haven't even got my lazy carcass out of bed yet... It's just so warm here.
Got to clean a bathroom and was some clothes today but that's it for me.

i was a total zombie yesterday after taking a zyrtek so i have to get back to the kitchen again. and the bathroom. i hope to do more organizing of clothes, crafting...but will see. i'd love the whole place to be tidy at once!

Dixie is stumbling and limping when she walks but doesn't seem to be in pain so for that I am very glad. And she is eating and drinking good. I'm worried when I run out of medicine she will get bad again. Guess I will have to wait and see.
Dixie: I am sooo glad that Dixie is feeling better. I hope she continues to improve. Pets become part of our family and it is so difficult to see them suffer.
We made a delicious "Thanksgiving" dinner yesterday. My husband had bought a 2nd turkey when it was on sale so we finally made it yesterday with all of the fixings. Oh my gosh, was it good! We always buy Honeysuckle White turkeys and they have never disappointed!
After a nice 2 week Christmas vacation, my kids went back to school today. That time flew by so fast! I love it when the kids are home with me all day. Before you know it, they will be all grown up and on their own (which I am NOT looking forward to) so I want to spend all the time with them now while I can.
Have so much cleaning to do and have mounds of laundery to fold. I can only be on my feet for 10-15 minutes at a time so it is a very long process just to get the clothes dealt with. It is very frustrating.

Still in bed, waiting for heater to warm the house.
Babysitting this morning, I have to really talk to dot and arrange a schedule. She called at 8 last night and asked, but said if I could not shed make other arrangement. Right, at 8 pm and she needs one at 8 am!
After that I need to clean/pack, then a dr at 4:30. Tonight we meet with architect and them hopefully my computer comes home fixed!
Glad Dixie is doing better, keep her warm.
I remember the day the kids go back to school, a bit quite, but oh so nice! Yes they grow so fast, don't rush it.
