Morning Hens,
I sure didn't want to crawl out of bed this morning! Sitting here watching news with dh this morning. Later I will go to walmart and get the ingredients to make one of his favorite dishes: Meditaranian pasta. It has chicken, artichokes and sun dried tomatoes.... Really yummy!
And I'll pick up my oldest sons Christmas present.

Dix sounds good dish for dinner. I grew up in artichoke country and am surprised there are those that have never tried them. Their yummy and Versatile .

Hmmm....I guess I need to get my Christmas cards addressed today so that they aren't going out at the last minute like they usually do. lol
Speaking of food, I love Alfredo sauce and asked my hubby to see if he could find some already made at the store. I had made it from scratch before but wanted something easier. He came home with "Ragu", and let me tell you, it was awesome! I mixed in pasta of course, along with broccoli (frozen microwavable kind) and grilled (Foreman grill) chicken and it tasted just like I usually get at the restaurant. I am so excited that I can make this at home now and so easy to do!
Anyway, thought I would share that since Dixie had me thinking of food. My morning coffee is brewing so I am going to go grab a cup (or two). Hope everyone has low pain day!

dixie, that does sound wonderful. love those ingredients. i'm sure that'll be delicious.
i just can't get going today. damp and chilly here which isn't helping. i really want and need to do a few things today, so i will push a bit on the priorities. my cable is down from a storm, so i don't have the background noise to keep me going. and no stereo, but very lucky to have internet.
i guess it will be a kitchen day for me as well. chicken two ways - roasted and soup. not that ambitious, but it was frozen. added bonuses - heat and aroma therapy. everything else is a bonus!!
