Aw dix, so sorry to hear you are having a bad day.

I have out of town family all week, plus career classes. Woke up with a migraine too and a 7 am class on line. Have to take father to a doctor appointment about an hour away and one brother to the ferry and another brother wants to come along. Pills and coffee for breakfast. Weather is cool so I'm going to do some painting outside to calm my nerves before I have to do some driving.

Hope everyone else is fairing better. Missing Cherry's usual posts. Hope you heal fast hun. MIssing everyone else's chime in's but understand it is summer and there are busy lives. Post when you can.

I'm here! I've been awake since 2:00 when shoulder pain jolted me awake. My sister drove me to my shrink appt. and we stopped for maple creamies on the way home.

Kim...I'm sorry you're having such a rough time of it this Summer. It sure doesn't make sense for Fibro. I think you're due for a reprieve.

Angela...you sound very busy. I'm thinking your body might appreciate something more nutritious than pills and coffee for breakfast. I am familiar with that menu, though.

cherry, sorry that you're still struggling with pain and sleep deprivation. certainly not a good combo.

i finally got a decent night's sleep, but that's been the best thing about the day. i have to do a repeat of medical appts from last week - more mammo pics and blood tests (both are really hard). trying to catch up on cleaning every day has killed my back. i'm feeling pretty bummed, but i'm spending the day with my sister tomorrow and visiting my dad. that will be nice and exhausting.

hoping for better times for all the hens. even if times aren't great, i'm glad we have each other to share it all with and if they are...fabulous!!
