It's waaaaay too quiet in the coop. I think the Summer heat is melting us.

My hand and wrist are really uncomfortable from the first surgery and my neck and shoulder aren't happy, either. I'm nervous about the next visit to the OR. Even though I have the best Ortho around, the last time I had surgery that should have been simple and quick, the doc screwed up and had to call in another surgeon to fix what he'd done. I didn't know until I woke up and it turned into an extended hospital stay. I can't seem to get that out of my head and I'm scared to be put under. I'm just being wimpy, I guess.

I have my regular 4 week appointment with Dr. Asswipe on Wednesday. She doesn't even know I've had the first surgery. I don't know how long the surgeon treats the pain after, but I don't suddenly need to be left with no pain meds at all. It's such a touchy subject with my doc that I don't know how to handle it.

I'm worrying about everything... Grrrr. I need to stop.

I've made it a month without smoking and I really miss it! But I will not jeopardize the healing process after going through all this.

on this pain thing i can't even hear that word it jumps on me im am so sorry for anyone who has pain.
