Let's Frost that Cake!

As per Jan's request.......Fudge Frosting

1 cup sugar
5 T. butter or margarine
1/3 cup milk

Boil for one minute, remove from heat and add:

1 cup chocolate chips
Stir until chocolate has melted and frosting starts to thicken sightly. Pour over a sheetcake and let cool completely before cutting.

Enjoy!

Yup...after you've frosted the cake, do NOT forget to scrape the pan. It's like fudge!

I have another easy recipe that can be hot fudge sauce for ice cream if boiled for one minute and frosting if boiled for two! I'm guessing you'd like that one, too!

I have to get out of this sitting position for a bit and then I'll share it.

Oh, I read the other post first about the sauce for ice cream and the brownie. I thought they were they same as a frosting. Now I see the difference. But they both sound fantastic.

Death by chocolate.........what a way to go. lol.
