Good morning...
I think Summer is over in VT. It was in the 30s this morning and I have the heat back on. After several days of sunny weather in the 70s and 80s, this is difficult to adjust to.
The sudden reduction in my pain meds is taking a big toll on me. I was at a place where I could at least do what I needed to even though I still had times of great pain while I waited for things to kick in. Now...it's like I have nothing to wait for. I'm back to hurting everywhere and feeling useless. I'm not sure how I can work like this.
I'm on my way to see my shrink. He wants to help so I'm anxious to learn what's next. I can't go on with this idiot pcp in charge.

Good morning.81 and climbing this afternoon. Joanne I hope you and Mario had a lovely wedding anniversary! Sounds like a very worthwhile treat :-)There was just the 4 of us at ours at Bromley registry office. Yeah if there's a huge fire all crew at fire stations in the area and outside the area if needed will be called in to help. Doug and I bought a walking treadmill. I did 45 minutes...
Nothing here today. Went to the tanning bed already this morning. I'm waiting for it to warm up outside so I can go lay in my new hammock:)

i'm just going to do some errands and a little cleaning. spring-like weather and no rain! finally.

Yes i think summer is over here too, its chilly.
It was nice while we were away, it didn't rain at least, the sun did make an appearance here and there, but i'm glad i took a warm coat, lol.
The bed and breakfast was nice and clean and it was in a good location for the beach and shops.
I collected some nice shells : )
I need to catch up on whats been going on around here.

Empathy glad you are back. Sounds like you had lots to do on your adventure. Bed & Breakfast at beach sounds nice. I would love to see a pic of your shells. Just wondering what the shells look like on the other side of the pond.
Serenity good for the spring like weather. Our sun hasn't made it through the clouds yet but the temp is spring like.
Dix that tanning bed sounds good. Hope you make it to your hammock.

I had a beautiful day with my family yesterday and I was feeling pretty good.
Today is a different story, sore joints and muscles so going to take it a bit easy.
After hearing of someones passing I think it just makes me really thankful for all of the good things that are part of my life...... it is not always bad!!!

May I as Cindi, what Sandy passed away? I have a friend on here that is suffering from strokes, her name is Sandy Dunn and I hope it was not her. It is hard to know about those things on here. I had another friend pass, and it was a terrible loss.
