I was thinking about the time someone gave me a cookies in a jar homemade mix and did a search online for ideas. Wow...I found all sorts of great jar mixes that are going to make such pretty gifts!

Love the jar mixes. Both of my sons have requested the spiced tea I used to make from many years ago. Thank goodness it is easy.

Is it loose tea that you have to steep? Maybe I could learn to read tea leaves and include that as part of the gift!

This is a mix of spices, instant tea and tang. Nothing fancy. Personally I am a tea leaf fan.

i'm going to do a few sugar scrubs for face or hands this year. it's always fun to include a little accessory or two with it.

gifts in a jar are so nice and can be tailored to the person.

My Mom has been doing these jar mixes for years but the one I love the most is the potato soup. She sends the instructions of how much you can add to water for just one cup, or a whole pot of soup.

You all have such great ideas. Does everyone have my address?????? :-) :-)
