Welcome to the group! I'm feeling pretty good about this experimental group:) And it is under experiment. We'll see how it goes.

I hope you feel free to talk about anything here. I would like to keep this group for woman only. So we will not feel uncomfortable if we need to post about more delicate maters or just vent towards men in general like we woman need to do sometimes :)

I just didn't feel comfortable putting everything out there on the main board and the other groups were more for joking or daily check in's.

I needed a place where I felt comfortable sharing with friends, getting feedback, in a place that I knew I was not stepping out of line.
So thus the creation of 'Free Therapy' A place made just for venting or talking about anything you need to talk about.

I'm not saying you can't make jokes in here, or post poetry or anything esle. Because anything goes in this group.

My favorite idea for this group is the ability to delete anything! At anytime you decide you want something that you posted deleted....all you have to do is ask, because I know sometimes, in the heat of the moment, we rattle off and sometimes regrett it or become embarrassed by it and wish it was removed. So, unlike the main boards, they can be erased here. All you have to do is PM Cherry or myself and like magic it will disappear!

Please be understanding when replying to someone's post. Remember that they are venting, most likely at an emmotional moment. Pain, depression and life situations sometimes make us feel or say something that we may later regrett. One rule in this group: If you can not be supportive and nice in your replies, do not say nothing at all.

Life is hard! We need a place to write out our frustration. Once a month, or even once a week therapy isn't always enough....hopefully you will find a safe, comfortable outlet here & support from caring, understanding members.
