What are some of your plans for the day?
My brother and his family are coming over and my dad is making a big meal. I already gave him his first gift and that was a CD case full of CDs that I had burned for him. He thought that was really cool. The second gift is from my brothers and I. It is 3 antique piano books. My dad is an amazing pianist and appreciates my antique book collection so I knew he would like this.
Other than that, we're just kinda hanging out today. Im hoping all goes well and there are no family fights today!!

i sortof feel like i've lost my father. he's slipping away faster than i realize as alzheimers takes him. i sent him a card. i've made him cds of old 50's music he loves, but since my parents are hoping to move, only cards are permitted now. it's hard to grasp...
