Evening Hens, I hope you have all had a decent day. It was so nice here, but I didn't get out much. Had a visitor early this mornning and then went to deliver my soap. A quick stop at walmart for 'necessities' and then home.
As I was getting out of the car with my arms full of stuff, I tripped over a walking stone and fell backwards. I hit pretty hard because my foot was hung and I had quite a load in my arms. I wasn't hurting much before the fall, now my whole body aches:( Darn darn darn , but thankfully I didn't break anything.

Good morning.81 and climbing this afternoon. Joanne I hope you and Mario had a lovely wedding anniversary! Sounds like a very worthwhile treat :-)There was just the 4 of us at ours at Bromley registry office. Yeah if there's a huge fire all crew at fire stations in the area and outside the area if needed will be called in to help. Doug and I bought a walking treadmill. I did 45 minutes...
I am sorry to hear about your fall, Dixie. glad to hear you didn't break anything. Hope the aching goes away quickly.

I used to find every crack in a sidewalk and trip. Tore the knee out of a good pair of yoga pants. Once left doctor appointment and then for walk. Tripped on a crack, back to doctor and some repair on my knee plus a tetanus injection. Our poor bodies take a beating during our lifetime. It is no wonder we have pain.
I had great luck at the Savers and found some nice play clothes for my Kylie and Kegan. Then made it to Kohls and did some shopping. When we returned home I upgraded to a iPhone which did not cost anything but processing and tax. $32.00. Of course it is not the new one hot of the press. It is the last one before the new one.

I only did one haircut this morning and then went to PT. She determined that the added pain in my left leg is now Tendonitis of my hamstring. It goes right along that nerve track. I have fluid right where my leg and butt meet...again, don't laugh. This adds to the discomfort brought on by trying to sit.
It takes a while to get my thoughts out when I have to keep standing up!

i've written on the CP board about high pain and possible respiratory infection. had to make bathroom trip and checked in to see what was up.
