We are getting an ice storm here in TN. They have already called a state of emergency in my area. They are expecting power outages. Just wanted to let y'all know in case I disappear for a few days.
I was pretty worried about losing power because of my furr babies but dh informed me we still had a generator.... Thankgoodness! I have somewhereI could go but my babies wouldn't be welcome. Glad I don't have to worry about it now:) and I have an adult son here that knows how to hook up the generator for me:)

I didn't hear back from my blood test results... Maybe tomorrow.
Long day here. About all I did
Was pick up toilet paper that got strowed all
Over the house while I was taking a nap today. Bad bad habit Simba has started. I've been keeping the bathroom door shut but forgot when I layed down. He even stole the holder and hid it in his box!

Good evening
Hubby out for a few sled runs with grandson. It still has not gotten out of the 30's here. Headed to Sunny California Friday, hope to un thaw.
When with hubby to see his job site at the Lake. My what people spend their Money on! A lime green retro refrigerator.....6 thousand bucks! It was nice to see his fine work and this was one house i was not jealous of, LOL!
Keep the fur babies warm! I only let my boxer girl out for a few minutes at a time. I know she is bored, but her fur is so short I play it safe.
I get my yearly blood in April, hope all is well, Dixe!
Well vegie night tonight and then some NCI and bed, I am exciting, right?

I am still down. Slept most of the day. So tired. I never sleep during the day so I know it is bad. Hope the fever breaks tomorrow or tonight. We both had flu shots. Don't know what this is but I don't like it. My brain is mush.
Going back to bed.

Hippy it sounds exactly like the strain of flu I had. I got a flu shot in Sept. and got the flu the week before Christmas. I thought I was going to die I felt so bad.

I'll be praying for you and your hubby. Take Zinc daily and drink lots of fluids. xoxo

that is some terable weather commingyour way i am happy you have that jenerator and a wounderfull son to help you with it ...............you schould be all comfie..............it must of been just so over powering for simba with you leaving the bathroom door open lol.....................my husband made supper in the slow cooker rost pork with potatoes and carrots the pork just fell off the bons ...............wounderfull supper ..........played on here and watched some tv ..............just hung around with my husband all day till tonight i cant sleep and am my migrain is worse again so on meds ...............so i thought i would come bug all of you lol.....................janicf . ......... we have yet to see the 30s here our winters have been getting wormer ................we had snow for christmass and now you cant run the snowmashine and you can see the grass in the fealds ..........people are taking chances putting out ice huts the ice hasent had a chance to form that real good black ice yet.....................hipptoo.......... there is also a very bad cold going around along with the flue this season .............you sound like you might have that ....................alot of people here have goten it and they all had feavers and it is in there head and some of them it goes into ther chest so look after your self ......................i just read tendonshut reply lol maby you have both lol sorry for laughing when you dont feel good .............i will keep you in my prayers .................god bless everyonee good night
