Now that the Fentanyl is doing it's thing again...I'm not sleeping. I've been awake for 2 1/2 hours and I don't see it changing any time soon.

Big sigh....I haven't slept since 10:30. I've tried to settle down and it's obviously not going to happen until the time when I'd want to be waking.

The horrific pain of the past few days has lessened, but exhaustion is going to replace it, I guess. I don't know what to do next about any of this...

Is it insomnia, or a type of insomnia if a person wakes every hour? I fall back to sleep easy enough, but I'm awake again the next hour......all night long. The next day, no matter how busy and energetic my work day is, I find myself nodding off.

It's crazy. All day long I want to go to sleep, and then when it is time to go to bed. I'm WIDE awake.

By the way.....if you are reading this........GO BACK TO BED!

I've tried! I woke up at 11:30! I medicated myself quite heavily and only slept a couple hours...grrrrr. I'll probably try again since it hurts to sit.

Finally was sound asleep and DH had set the alarm, for his golf this morning grrrr.
It's not till 7:30, but he wanted to be awake grrrr.
Enigma, I do that too wake every few hours some nights
Oh well i'm awake
