A woman was waiting in the checkout line at a shopping center. Her arms were laden with a mop and broom and other cleaning supplies. By her hard glances and deep sighs, it was obvious she was in hurry and not a happy camper about the slowness of the line.
When the cashier called for a price check on a box of soap, the woman remarked indignantly, "Well, I'll be lucky to get out of here and home before Christmas!"
"Don't worry, ma'am," replied the clerk. "With a good tail wind and that brand new broom you have there, you'll be home in no time."

Good morning to all of the other hens.....
I got a lot done yesterday flowers and garden planted... but that was it, I was exhausted.
I got a pretty good nights sleep and on my way to dental cleaning and then spending the day with my daughter!!!
What kind of plans do you all have for the day??
What ever they are I sure hope life brings you peace!!!!
Raining here:( my hammock is wet thanks to my son. I brought it in last night and he hung it back up last night after I went to bed and left it out there.. It will take it all day to dry "If" it stops raining.
Yesterday I bought some mulch and had my son put it in the flower bed....sure looks nice!
Just going to clean house a little today.

Don't miserable weather days make you feel like doing nothing! Well miserable weather day.. i got you beat! Ive been going around the house with paintbrush in hand and touched up all those areas that get scruffy and dirty over time, like the ceiling above the cooker. Those without a cooker hood will know what i mean!
